La 7 Cartapiù (Italian: "Cardplus", "La7" The Seventh refers to a broadcast network) was an Italian digital terrestrial television channel broadcasting 7 channels on a pay-per-view basis.
It was owned by Telecom Italia Media, which also owns the La7 broadcast network.
Like rival Mediaset's Mediaset Premium operation, it sent its signal via ordinary digital broadcast rather than cable television or satellite television. Like Mediaset it televised film, and Serie A football (10 teams in all). Has also broadcasted the 2008-09 Volvo Ocean Race.
